Welcome to ALLURE DECOR Custom Designed Signature Adornments where you can "Be A Star!" this summer with one of our dazzling vintage jewel encrusted starfish neckpieces from our debut limited edition collection. Each design is created from delicate finger starfish (dusted with shimmering sparkle of course!) and dressed with carefully chosen authentic vintage jewels complemented by strands of brilliant beads in the most alluring color combinations!
