Care: Each ALLURE DECOR custom signature piece is delicate in its nature and therefore requires gentle handling and wear. Please take care not to spray perfumes or oils directly on the piece and avoid contact with water. As with all sterling silver, over time, the sterling silver toggles may begin to tarnish, but not to worry, just gently clean with a jewelers cloth. Each ALLURE DECOR creation will undoubtedly put you in the spotlight so it comes in its own well deserved special keepsake storage box for protection.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as well as bankcards through our secure Paypal service. You need not be a Paypal member to use this service. Sales tax is charged only to states where ALLURE DECOR has a presence. Currently this is only NJ.
Shipping: All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days from the actual ship date. Extra time may be required for large orders. If you need an order by a specific date, please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order is shipped we will supply you with the tracking information. Premium shipping (next day air) is available for an additional fee.
Policy: At ALLURE DECOR your complete satisfaction is our foremost goal. We'd actually prefer it if you'd squeal with delight upon receiving your custom piece! All materials for our unique creations are carefully selected with a discerning eye for quality and handcrafted with the utmost of care and therefore, all sales are final. We stand behind the quality of each of our signature pieces and if your jewelry is in need of repair within one year based on normal conditions of wear please contact us and in most cases we would be happy to handle it for you for only the cost of shipping. We respect your privacy of course, and do not share or sell any of your personal information to others. Any information we do collect is solely for the fulfillment of orders or our company communications such as announcements of upcoming collections etc.
Custom Orders: Each ALLURE DECOR custom designed creation is truly unique! We do not offer specific made to order pieces although we may be able to accommodate your request for a general color combination or specific necklace length as indicated.
