For smaller to medium framed women, 19-21 inches will fall well above the decollete. For larger frames or if a longer length is desired, perhaps a 22-26 inch piece would be more suitable.

For maximum measurement accuracy we recommend that you use a string to measure from the center of the back of your neck down to exactly where you would like the center of the starfish to lay on your chest and back around to meet the other end. (Remember that the starfish points measure an additional few inches out from the center as noted above which is important in indicating how close the top of the starfish will be to your neck.) Then measure the string to the nearest 1/2 inch and voila, you should be perfectly sized and ready to go!
